I use the Ortho Evra Patch!. It is easy to use!. you apply one patch on the same day once a week!. It stays on for a week, then when you put the next one on you take the prior off!. You use 3 patches a month, one week you use no patch which is when you get your period!. I have also used the NuvaRing!. The ring is inserted and remains in the vagina for 3 weeks straight at the end of the 3 weeks it is removed and you have your period!. You could also get the shot, or an IUD!. ALSO dont forget condoms, diaphragm, spermicide, female condom, etc!. :) Hope it helps!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
