Answers:
because you need that much milk to keep up the supply to your babyWww@Answer-Health@Com

since a baby has to eat relatively every 3 hours eating approximately 4-6 ounces and the typical female breast only produces 1 ounce an hour women have two breasts so as to keep the baby feed without having to not eat for 4-6 hours, as for why the am out of milk is regulated is because of the fact that if a woman's breast produced say 5 ounces of milk in 3 hours but her baby only ate 2 then the female milk production cycle would have her ending up with 8 ounces of milk, i!.e!. a ball on that can hold 6 ounces filled with 8!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nipples appear in pairs along the milk line; don't be freaked out, but we all have a line of nipples, like dogs!. Not all are visible, though!. But this is why some people have three or four nipples!.

The natural count of fingers is also seven; evolution has narrowed it to five!.

P!.S!. One woman even had a supernumary nipple on her foot! See second link!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
