I cant put a tampon in - ive tried it just wont go up?!

some girls are smaller inside that area than others, maybe you're still not big enough inside to use them!.!. it may also depend on what size tampon you're trying to use!.!.especially if it's your first time!. there's tampax tampons at the store, the wrapper is purple and the box says lites!.!. try those they're super small; if that doesn't work, you're going to have to wait!.!.

The most important thing is to relax!. If you're tense, it won't work!. Read the instruction pamphlet that comes with the tampons; that's generally very informative!. If you can't do it sitting on the toilet, try putting one leg up on the seat!. If your period is very light, try putting some lube on it!. It's easier if your flow is heavier!. Also try a smaller absorbency one first, then move up as needed!. Make sure you have plenty of time when you're trying, and also make sure the room is a comfortable temperature!. Also remember-don't point the tampon straight up, but rather towards your lower back!. If you've tried with the plastic applicator, try the cardboard as well, and vice versa!. Personally, plastic's always been easiest for me!. It's a little less painful all around!. A lot of people like tampax pearl, but if you don't like that then try playtex sport!. they really are more comfy than any thing else and you can use pads as well for back up on really heavy days!. Relaxing is the way to go also placing in the right direction!. May help to practice in the bath with just a little water to keep you warm but don't just keep trying as it will get too frustrating if not happening or uncomfortable (not in far enough) Make an attempt but OK if not working leave it be and try another day!. Try angling it!. It won't go in straight and if it does it won't work right and will be uncomfortable!. Until you get good at it sitting down stand up with one leg on the side of the tub or the toilet seat!. The packet in the box should have a diagram to assist you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax your vaginal muscles!.!.!.if you are anxious or tense those muscles tighten up and it is harder to do!. Try a little lube or try putting one foot up on the toilet or try laying down and putting it in!.!.!.you just have to find what works for you!.!.!.most of all relax!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try mini's!. also, make sure u slant the tampon towards ur bum a bit coz the vagina is not straight up, its on a slant!. dont worry it took me a year and a half to insert it right LOL and i couldnt get it in straight away eitherWww@Answer-Health@Com
