Flo is finally here! (YEY) I was just wondering if it is normal to have relatively light period with excruciating period pains!? I have always associated heavy bleeding with period pain, am I wrong in thinking that!? Does anyone else have bad pains with quite a light period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it is rather normal to have massive change in your periods after having children!. Also cramps actually havenothing to do with the amout of blood or how long you on for i have been the doc woth something simalar and she told me it was totally normal!.
So all i can say is try and relax dont let the men or children stress you out and take some time on your own with a hot water bottle!.lol!.

anyways, yeah same as you i would assosiate period pains with heavy periods, you might just be unlucky!. go to the doctor/ring your local helpline just to ask them for their doctor opinion!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
