you can have a late period for, like, a milllion reasons! you might have lost weight recently, not sleeping as much, change in exercise habits, stress!.!.!.the list goes on!. You might just have a slightly irregular period which can be made regular by simply going on birth control!.!.!.even if your not sexually active!.
if its really concerning you that much, just see your doctor, but its probably not a big deal

Chubby and or obese people sometimes have delayed menstrual periods!. I subject becoming less fat before more than your body gets confused about you being pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes if you have been under stress or if you have been sick, it can make your period late!. I had the flu last year and my period was 3 weeks late!
