Inducing periods with Ginger tea?!


Question: Inducing periods with Ginger tea!?
To induce my period, should I use fresh ginger of the ginger tea in tea bags!? Will they both work!? I'm currently drinking the tea bag stuff, but is fresh ginger more effective!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
