Before First Period? Hints you're starting? Ten easy points.?!

As for myself I started to feel wet!. It was a really uncomfortable feeling!. I talked to my mother about it and was told that it was discharge!. i never knew that vaginae are self cleaning in that sense!. That was a few months before my period began!. About a week before my period began for the first time I started getting cramps!. Bad cramps!. I also got really bad acne!. I had never gotten acne before then!. The day I got my period I was walking home from my father's house!. I got horrible cramps and started feeling a little dizzy!. So I went to my nanny's house!. It felt like I had to go number two!. She wasn't home!. So I kinda just sat on the porch for a couple minutes thinking that she would be home soon!. Half hour later she still was not home!. So I headed home!. I stood up and felt a little gush!. Thank god I was wearing dark pants!. After that gush I had no more cramps and stopped feeling dizzy!. so i continued walking home!. When I got home I immediately went into my bedroom, went in my dresser grabbed clean panties (thinking I had wet myself) and clean pants!. I went into the washroom to go pee and change and that is when I noticed that I had gotten my first period!. I was 13!. i already knew what to expect with a period and how to use a pad!. So I hopped in the shower to wash off properly, got out got changed and used a pad!. it was one of those huge bulky pads and not very comfortable at all!.

Hey, I just got my very first period Tuesday! The hints I got was stomach aches a week before!. They were horrible!. I even threw up a little bit!. I had back aches too!. It would feel like someone was pressing as hard as they could on my lower back!. I would get diarreah too!. I didn't really have that much of an appetite, and my face started breaking out!. I also was in some bad moods and really emotional!. I remember about a week ago I just cried and cried!. I don't even know why!. I had discharge too!. Sometimes it was clear, white or tan!. But I had that for 2 years before I got my period!. Good luck and when you start, Congratulations on becoming a woman! :)

my back hurt sooo bad!
be aware of cramping and you may have to go to urinate a lot!.
be happy you don't have it yet thought because it gets to be a pain although the anticipation for when you first get it is a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me, I my underwear had a teeny bit of brown stuff ( dry blood ) in it, the night before I started, and when I woke up, there was blood !.!.!. so yeahWww@Answer-Health@Com
