Cold hands..everyday?!
Question: Cold hands!.!.everyday!?
Ok I have cold hands ALL the time!. I mean even when it's warm outside, my hands are freezing!. It's so annoying cause everyone that touch, there like "god you're hands are freezing" I seriously don't know why there always cold!. So could someone tell me why my hands are cold all the time!? I have the same thing!.!. also in my feet!. It just means there's no good circulation!. All the blood is flowing in other places!. They say you lose body warmth the fastest in your head, hands, and feet!. I guess it's that way because those are the parts of the body that are at the end, if that makes sense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mine are like that 2!. my toes and my nose get freezing 2!. i think its something to do with our blood not being pumped because i have bad circulation!. my hands turn purple and stuff when its cold like really purple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
