You might have pulled a muscle or it's premenstrual cramps!. If you don't start your period soon, and the pain doesn't go away in a few days or gets worse, go to the doctor!. There might be something wrong with you internally, I'm not trying to scare you or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink hot liquids, make sure u pee alot, if the pain is still there after say a day, then go se a doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
