Answers:
yup they sure do!. Puberty is basically the onset of sexual maturation!. Your hormones kick into overdrive and starts to produce effects on your entire body: the penis gets larger; the glands in the epididymis proliferate; spermatogenesis starts to kick into high gear (this is the maturation of sperm; the stuff that fuses with the egg and creates an embryo->fetus->child); pubic hair growth is more noticeable; your mind starts making you notice the opposite or same sex (depending on your preference!.!.!.) etc etc etc!. Bottom line is yeah we need to go thru that awkward phase to be able to reproduce!.

You know if the guy can get you pregnant if he can ejaculate a significant amount of fluid!. A lot of times the first time he ejaculates is during a "wet dream" or "nocturnal emission"!.

Ha!.!.!. that was a fun question to answer!.
Good luck; and if "someone you know" starts to get mourning sickness or misses a period for a week or more; you may want to invest in a pregnancy test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As soon as a man can ejaculate they can get you pregnant!. It doesn't matter if they have gone through puberty, going through it, or haven't gone through it!.

Keep in mind that they're ages for this vary just as much as females!.

Also the "pull out method" can still result in pregnancy!. Men release what is for lack of better phrasing "precum" and it carries sperm too so they can still get you pregnant!.

If you are toying with the idea of sex then you need to first think long and hard about it, as it can result in pregnancy or STD's!. Second talk with your parents, I know that sounds odd and may not be something you're extremely comfortable with!. However if you end up pregnant you're gonna have to talk to them then, and if you're not comfortable with that then you aren't ready to have sex!.

After that then you need to go to a family planning clinic or an OBGYN and get on some form of birth control, KEEP IN MIND -- this DOES NOT protect you against STD's!. So you will still need to use a condom!. Using a condom with a form of birth control will extremely lessen your chances of getting pregnant!.

Yes!.!.!. but with a caveat!.

Just like girls who can get pregnant because they've ovulated and had sex before their first period starts, boys can impregnate them with the very first ejaculation of their lives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, he does!.
The female egg needs the male sperm to grow, when the egg does not recieve sperm, the egg dies and you are not pregnant!.
The male needs to have gone through puberty to have the sperm to fertilize your egg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He does need to reach puberty in order to get a girl pregnant!. He may ejaculate but its like he's shooting blanks!. There's no set age to when he will hit puberty!. Some boys get it sooner than later!.
Always practice safe sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes they do!. if the male can ejaculate (and even some times if he cant) he could get a female pregnate, but he would have needed to go through puberty, or at least of started itWww@Answer-Health@Com
