Why do I have a craving for milk?!
Question: Why do I have a craving for milk!?
When I was younger I used to not like milk!.I would never drink it and even the leftover milk in my cereal would be disposed!. Over the few years I have grown to like and it progressingly over the past year I am craving it!. I would just having a feeling of wanting milk over any other beverage just because!.I thought that was a little awkward!. Is there any reason for this craving!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time your body craves something when it doesn't have enough of it in your body!. So since you didn't drink milk in your childhood, now when your older your body is realizing you do not have as much as you should, so its telling you to drink some in the form of a craving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
