your hymen is SUPPOSED to have like a little hole in it for the blood to escape and that same hole is where the tampon goes but my first time i put one in yeah it broke my hymen!. everyone told me oh no it wont blah blah blah but yeah it does!. im sure there are some people who are luck and hit that small opening dead center but i mean you change them alot so you can never be sure you wont break it!.
on the plus side it does NOT hurt its just a little odd feeling for 2 sec and then normal again!. there is NO pain though!. its up to you hun, Www@Answer-Health@Com
