Question: Any postmenopausal women out there suffering from:!?
vaginal itching and extreme irritation!. I am going crazy!. Do I need a estrogen creme!? I am not sexually active, and have not had a hysterectomy!. Have not had a period for seven years!. If anyone has this can you please tell me what cured it!? I can't go on like this!. It's 3:30 a!.m!.

I'm going through the same thing!! I talked to my Dr!. and he prescribed me Premarin vaginal cream!. You inject it @ night before bed and I will tell you from personal experience, it helps so much! There are also some wipes at the drugstore from Monistat, I think, called "Cool Wipes" that I have used for immediate relief of external itching and irritation!.
