Hi, I'm 16!. I ve had my period since I was 12!. But the past few days my nipples hurt so bad, and the past 2 days I had diarrhea, but I think i got my period, it's really dark brown, is this normal!? today would be day 1!. I don't have a mom or sister and telling this to my dad is embarrassing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. All this is normal!. I used to get the poops before my period!. Just wear pads and you'll be fine!. Diet is really important!. If you increase you dark green vegetables, that should help with the pain!. Or you can take magnesium phosphate supplements!.!.!.!. but increasing fruits and veggies is easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dark brown is old blood!. Lot of woman get this from time to time!. periods can change from time to time and so can the symptoms!. Till I was like 18 I had no idea what people was going on about with PMS!. Today PMS is very real to me and i sometimes find it hard not to take my hormonal mood swings out on other people I care about!.

well, the first day or two of your period it is brown, so that is normal!. it is indicating the start!. and the diarrhea, you are probably dehydrated!. so drink lots of water!. ive had this same thing happen many times and as soon as i drank tons of water i was fine and soon started to go normaly again!. hope this helps!. good luck!. god bless you!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
breast sensitivity is normal around the time of your period and its very possible the diarrhea is completely unrelated!.!.maybe you at something that didnt agree with you!. Dark brown menstrual blood is totally normal too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
