Question: Dad walked in on me changing my period pad!!!?
Okay, well this happened about 10 mins ago!. I was changing, and then I thought I heard someone come up the stairs!. As I was changing the pads over, my dad walked in!!! I fell to the floor and screamed for him to get out!!! I can't remember what i said, but I think I may have sworn!.
I ran downstairs to tell my mum and he was with her! I couldn't look him in the eyes!.
I feel all shakey! Is there anything I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know you just have to shake it off!. Tell him "dad i know were both embarrased that you walked in my room when i was changing my sanitary pad, you probably know im on my period right now, and its just a girl thing and we'll both forget about it"!. Maybe next time, get a piece of paper and write "its that time of month, please dont come in" and then people will know not to come in your room!. or go to the bathroom and change pads there!. plus, its just a period!. every girl has it and every guy knows every girl has it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
well there isnt much you can do now, because what happened happened!. it will be ok, your dad knows that girls have there period and everything!. i understand that is it really aquard and embarrasing but it will all blow over soon!. maybe you should start locking the door, if you have a lock!. that way no one can come in!. m sure your dad is just as embarrassed and everything as you!. im sorry that happened to you, and i hope i helped:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

He's your DAD!. He's like the only man who's ever seen you naked, and he's not only seen your mother so, but known what he's looking at!.
