Question about "that time of the month"?!


Question: Question about "that time of the month"!?
Ever since i started exercising for weight loss and changed my diet (since August), my periods have become more normal and have always been heavy!. But this month it's been lighter!.!.!. i havent done different!. What could be a possible reason why my period is lighter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its just continuing to normal itself out!. Excess fat causes hormonal imbalances!. Now that you're getting in shape, your hormones are stabilizing!.

Don't worry that they're lighter!.!.!.its when they get too heavy thats the problem!.

I just posted a similar question!. Since I started working out my regular cycles are all out of wack!.I guess the weight loss just does something to change our hormones!.I wish mine would balance out again!.Its a good thing that it seems to be helping yours, you'll get to lose the weight and not have as many issues with your cycle!.I stopped working out because I had no clue what was going on with me!.I don't think you should worry about it being lighter either!.Good luck and keep up the good work :)

I have used ground sea salt for a long time and it never seemed to change anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
