Ovarian cyst ruptured should I be concerned?!

I had a complex ovarian cyst with septations and echoes measuring 4cm and was believed to be an endometrioma that was discovered in the beginning on November after my doctor ordered a transvag!. ultrasound because she felt a mass and I was in excruciating pain when she did my pap-smear she thinks I have endometriosis!. I experienced pain in my lower back that lasted for 10 days before my period came!. The pain wasnt bad at first but it became excruciating the three days leading up to my period I couldnt sleep and was crying at times!. I went for a follow-up ultrasound today and they said the cyst was gone and had probably ruptured!. I won't hear the report from the ultrasound until next week but I am wondering/worried that if it was an endometrioma what will happen next!? If all of the contents of the cyst spilled out into me does that mean I have more endo everywhere now!? I have been having lower back pain again this month and my pelvic lymph nodes have been enlarged for a few months now!.!. Should I be concerned about a complex cyst rupturing!? What can I expect for treatment if any besides for b/c pills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
