Like ice-cream or chips!.!.!.
Do you just go with it, or do you refrain!? Or do you subsitute!? (like eat frozen yogurt instead of ice-cream)!.!.!.
I don't want to get fat but I get killer cravings!.!.!.and substituting never works for me!.

I just do it, I eat a ton of garbage food when I get my period!. I think the best diet plan, overall, is indulging in your cravings, just not over-indulging!. If I didn't give into cravings, I would end up eating everything else I could find, but be unsatisfied because I'm still craving what I started out craving!.
Don't feel bad about it, you have to deal with having a period, so think of the sour cream and onion chips with salsa con queso as your reward!.
Plus, you're gonna get bloated with your period anyway, I always use that as my excuse hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

i go with it because if i don't have what i want, i'll just keep eating a bunch of different things that never satisfy and probably end up eating more calories in the end!. I don't really get too many cravings for junk when it's not that time, so like a day or 2 of junk food never caused me to get fat :)

I was watching a dietitian on the t!.v!. and he said if you don't allow yourself to have what you want to eat, then you end up giving up and eating a whole bunch of it!. Just take a few pieces of chocolate and slowly eat it, enjoying every taste, that way you satisfy your craving without going overboard!. I just had some chocolate, and 3 bites was more than enough!. (I am on my period, have you know haha)!. I'm not one to normally eat healthy, and I should practice what I preach, but just to answer your question, just do what you please!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get killer cravings too!. Chocolate and hot chips! Some months I am strong and try to ignore them, but more often than not I fail and always end up eating the bad stuff because when you have a killer craving like that the substitutes don't work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
