Question: Period Help!?! plz help women!!?
okay so i got my period on June 20th this year and i have had 4 since then!. and i have got it now, it has been 3 months since my last one so my period is a lot heavier than im used to, like before it was light and now i would say its between medium and heavy, i have used 4 tampons today, removed them in 4 hours coz they where full!.!.!.!.
On monday im going shopping for some new pads coz im soooo scared about leaks, coz im staying in my mums bed til friday coz my bed broke!.anywayss whats a thin pad but has great absorbencyy!? i live in australia btw!.
Oh and do you think coz its been 3 months since my last one that's why its heavier!? the longest between them before was 45 days, so its a bigger stretch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, they'll get heavier as you go along, and get older, soon you'll find that you have a set period and they won't be that fair around, they'll happen every month and you won't have to worry about not knowing when they'll come!.

I think the time between your periods doesn't usually affect how heavy or long they are!.!.!.its just something that happens to teenagers especially!.
I would try the Stayfree pads!.!.!.they come in the super slim variety in 3 absorbency's!. I dint like the libra ones as they have a sort of plastic cover on them that gives me an irritation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i think it's normal for your periods to change!.
When i first got my periods they lasted like 3 days and were mega light!.!.!.
Then they lasted like 7 days and were medium
now days they last like 4-5 and theyre light-medium
who knows what's next, im not even 18 yet

yes that is the reason why your period will be heavy !.!.!.!. 3 months is a long time !.!.!. but when u first start u can never predict when ur nxt period will be !

these are brilliant as they are thin and absorbent !
you can also get them in differnet shapes !.!.!.!.!. for instnace some people where thongs you can buy them to fit your thong !.!.!. just to make sure that you are extra safe !!

Always light day liners are good because usually with a tampon you will know if you are about to leak, but these help just incase and are super thin like panty liners!. and its normal to have irratic periods when you first start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
