period that goes on for ages is pretty normal, only if it happens not so often!. like my sister's period went on for 8-9 days! once, mine was almost 2 weeks long!.

well im 24 and minse started at 14 and last about 5-6 days so it just goes to show everybody is different,everybodys bodys mature faster,and because they last for 11 days does not mean anything is wrong,do you get severe pain,bleeding any other times of the month ,if yes then you should speak to your doctor ,he will be able to give you a simple blood test,also there could be many factors why your period was late starting ,underweight,poor diet,many reasons or maybe its just because you were a late developer,For peace of mind have a chat with a nurse or doctor,am sure your fine but i understand when it comes to your health its a worrying thing!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
The an average period usually lasts around 7 days, so going for 11 days or more every time you have a period seems a little unusual!. Maybe go to your doctors and tell them!. I went to your Q&A's and you need to answer more and ask less because you have no answers!. Anyways, It's hard to belive you it it that late!.!.!. hmmm!.!.!. You shouldn't be worried about how long your period lasts because it can go up to 2 weeks!. But the age that you got your epriod seems weird!. You should have seen a dr!. at 17 if you didn't get your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
welcome to the world of weird periods!. im 16, had my period almost 4 years and mine last 3 weeks!. go on the pill to sort it out, its what im doing!. and yeah its normal, everyones different although 25 is very late!.!.!.!. i'd get that checked out if i were you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
