I can totally sympathize!.!.!.I get menstrual cramps that get me almost writhing on the floor! The one thing that REALLY helps, is to put heat on it!. I have a corn bag that I heat up in the microwave and I put it on my lower back right where the pain is, and it's almost instant relief!. If I need to be doing something, I take advil, but until that kicks in, I use the heat!. Just find a good book and relax!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Food/drink with some good potassium supply might help *any* cramp: bananas and ginger ale are good ones!.!.!. but even if it works (it does for some, it doesn't for others) it can take many, many hours to do the job of chemically easing the muscle responses involved!.

To *settle* menstrual cramps in a short time!.!.!. the thing to do is directly approach the affected muscles themselves!.

One simple and cheap way to help with cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an orgasm by masturbating!. It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does help many!.!.!. and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while!.!.!. in as little as 5 minutes!.

"!.!.!. an orgasm can cause your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process!. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine lining!. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your period!."

"Primary Menstrual Cramps can be a debilitating problem for some 10% of women!. Conventional treatment can even be as drastic as exploratory surgery whilst looking for a cure!. A less intrusive solution is available!. Orgasm from masturbation has been found to relieve the painful symptoms of menstrual cramps!. Whilst it is not always convenient to masturbate for the necessary five minutes until the pain subsides, hands free masturbation is still possible!. In order to do this one simply has to clench and then relax the vagina repeatedly for five minutes!. With this method no one need know of the discomfort being suffered, and the pain soon goes!. "

"The flexing and contracting of an orgasm basically relieves the cramp!. Reduces the intensity of the cramps!. Also eases some of the other symptoms of premenstrual syndrome!."

Okay!. I get cramps so bad they make me pass out and honestly nothing works for me!. However, this is what I've been told countless times by my doctor!.!.!.

Don't touch chcoclate or anything with caffeine no matter how bad you want it! lol, it will make them worse!. Bananas are supposed to help!. Tea, water and milk to drink (drink milk with whatever pain pills you take (if any) because the calcium helps it absorb into your system)!. Try not to eat anything salty, as someone already mentioned, because it does cause water retention which can make them worse!. Heat is supposed to help too and if you can move around, try to stretch your stomach muscles a little!. Having an orgasm is known to help too so if you masturbate you could always give that a try!.

I can't tell you from experience if these will work cause they don't for me but they are fairly common home remedies and other people seem to think they help!. Hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
