Question: How to loose weight at 14!?
Well Im 14 and about 160 lbs and im like 5'8' i really need to loose weight and ive tried just about everything!.!.i thought about anorexia but i just cant do that to my body i feel lke it would be stupid!.!.but i cant get my weight off my mind im constantly thinking about it!. is there anyway for me to loose weight really fast i jut dont have the patients!.helllp!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't do anything drastic, cos you're only 14 and it'll result in your body not growing properly!. There's no easy way out because the faster you lose it, the faster you'll put it back on!.!.!.believe me I know!

I find that cutting out carbs like bread helps drop the first few pounds pretty fast!.!.then keep eating lean protein like turkey, fish and chicken is really healthy!. Snack on fruit, nuts and seeds!. Drinking lots of water helps flush the fat out and keep the metabolism working fast!. Don't forget exercise!

BUT If you want to cut a few pounds pretty fast though!.!.!.don't eat bread!.!.!.it bloats you!.!.!.and fill up on soup and veggies!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I think you're a little young to be worrying about this, but whatever you do please don't even consider an eating disorder!. Just start with simple things and keep them up!. Try taking a walk every day, maybe ride your bike!. Just do something that is fun that will keep you active, whatever it is: running, playing a sport, shooting hoops, dancing, whatever!. Also, try just eating until you're full, not until you've cleaned your plate!. Just simple things like this can help!. The most important thing is exercise!. Just make sure you are enjoying it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of working out (but you should) or severely altering your eating habits you should try to just not eat ANYTHING after 7PM, 6PM if you can do it!. everyday! Try that for about 2 weeks and you should start to see a difference in your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want it to be done health it can not be done fast-- you just need to eat healthy and exercise regularly-- get one of your friends you trust to do this with you an go to the gym about 4 or 5 days a week-- or even just run in your neighborhoodWww@Answer-Health@Com

excerise alot!. u have to eat but eat heathy!. eat lots of fruits and water, plus vegies!. stay away from carbs like bread and sweets
