What is the best birth control pill for women like me?!

Question: What is the best birth control pill for women like me!?
I have tried just about everything, and just recently Nuvaring!. However, I cannot get health coverage for Nuvaring and I must go with a generic form of the pill!. All bc pills make me extremely moody although I have had good luck with Mircette, but not the generic form of it :( Anybody out there have a recommendation for the pill that won't make me moody and depressed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's one out there, just got to do a little hunting!. There's almost an inconceivable number of different combinations of different birth control pills out there, for exactly this reason!.

Both Nuva ring and Mircette are low dose combined contraceptives - containing a small amount of an estrogen and a progestin!. Ideally, you should find a pill that is similar in makeup!.

So either look for another 20 microgram ethinyl estradiol/150 microgram desogestrel pill like Kariva!.

It's actually noteworthy that Mircette is 20/150 for 21 days, 2 days of placebo, and then 5 days of 10/0!. Talk to your gynecologist and maybe you can mix and match a couple different brands to make up your own identical kit like that one!.

The part of the pill that tends to cause moodiness and depression is the progestin, and some women are quite sensitive to it!. So you may be able to go to another monophasic low dose estrogen pill say a 30 microgram one, but stay with one that has 150 Desogestrel, as that works well!.

Oh, and incase you can't tell, one of the other answers is a little nutty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to consider several things when choosing a birth control method!. Realize first that drug companies are NOT your friend and many statistical evaluations are being done right now on breast cancer!. The "pill" was introduced in the 1960's when breast cancer was affecting about 1 in 15 women!. This was very high percentage of women getting the disease and alarm bells were ringing!. We know that bad fatty acids like those from vegetable oils, hydrogenated oils, trans fats all contribute to breast cancer now!. Bad dental work, etc!., but the one thing that was introduced in the 1960's, the "pill" is the biggest contributor to making this breast cancer statistic skyrocket!. You will NOT see this contributory factor being exposed or talked about in the liberal media!. Today, breast cancer is being found in 1 in 7 women!. The increase is proportional to the introduction of the "pill!."

The pill is Synthetic Hormone Therapy and works by messing with your endocrine system!. This system is a system of very complex relationships in your body!. When you create an effect with one of the organs in that system, it affects them all, not just the one organ!. ALL drugs damage the body and these synthetic hormones are not exception!.

If you think drug companies are our friends and concerned for yours and my health, you need to free yourself from the lies you believe!. Did you know that 10,000 to 20,000 people died from using illegal street drugs last year!. That sounds really bad doesn't it!? Well, last year over 106,000 people died in hospitals that were prescribed by doctors, medication that was FDA leglly approved for the specific illness the drug was prescribed!. Doesn't it sound like we need to reprioritize who we are going after in our War on Drugs!?

Chemotherapy is used on cancer patients as a typical treatment!. Each treatment costs about $4,000 to $8,500 per month and did you know that only 2!.1% of those treated with this abusive treatment survive more than 5 years on the average!. Only 1!.4% of the breast cancer patients survive more than 5 years after getting this!. And now, it was just announced that cancer by the year 2010 will have reached the preminent position of being the number one killer in the U!.S!. above heart disease!. Does that sound like we have a group of qualified people working on this problem!? Billions are being spent and the problem is getting worse, NOT better!.

good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
