Answers:
There tends to be lots of blood when you wipe!. Don't worry, it always looks more than is!.
As for cramps; a hot water bottle is your friend!.

Hold off using tampons for a little while yet, until you are familiar with your body!.

When you are older I suggest using a mooncup (www!.mooncup!.com) or similar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's all normal!. The first day of your period you bleed the most!. It gets less and less each day!. If you feel a little crampy put a hot water bottle on your lower back or lower abdomen!. Pass wind if you have to!. Eat chocolate if you want to!. Lay down and rest!. You'll probably be very tired!. change you pad when it's full!. Take extra pads to school with you and check after each class so you;ll get to know when you have to change!. Congratulations on becoming a young woman!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is all very normal!!! I felt the same way when I got my first period!. I always got stomach aches confused with cramps!. Get a heating pad and lay it on your lower back or under your belly!. If you dont have a heating pad, take a bath or a shower!. When going to the bathroom!. This happents to me too when i wear a pad!. Dont be worried, it is normal and every single girl goes throught this!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybey u should switch to tampons!. or if u dont wanna do that then u can stay using pads but ur period gives cramps which sometimes turn into gas and make you wanna''break wind''!. and plus it makes you very hormonal!. and itss normal to have a mass of blood on the toilet paper after wiping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, don't worry, all you do is just change your pad as needed and don't drink too much before you go to bed as you will wake up in the middle of the night and it will feel like you are going in your pants!. you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a look at the web site below!. It's a site for girls only and it has all the information about your period and will be very helpful to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is perfectly normal!. That is what happened to me!. Your period will get a heavier flow the second time around so, dont be worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

congratsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just relax take a hot bath!. Keep come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything sounds normal!. You can go about your day as per usual!. Change your pad regularly, this take a little while to get use to!. You might find that your period will get heavier as the day goes on and you may notice clots and mucous!. You only lose about an egg cup full of blood during your entire period, so don't freak out, you're not going to bleed to death!.

If you feel like eating, eat!. If you get a stomach ache or cramps, I suggest a hot water bottle and a cup of tea!. feeling like you need to past wind is probably just period pain, it passes eventually!.

oh, and congratulations!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hope ur back at home for starters--see how heavy ur flow is--it shudnt be too heavy--u can take whatever u want--but not too spicy or oily cos that can aggravate ur tummy ache-my 12 yr old baby got her just 2 months ago--pls try and lie down for a lil while--avoid foods like chips cos that cud be kinda gassy--lol--not classy but gassy-take a paracetemol--panadol or something if its really unbearable--but pls call ur mom up and tell her--she wud be worried--if u have a hot water bottle -try and get some hot water--not piping hot--and fill it up in the rubber bag--and gently apply to the area it aches--try drinking soups if u must--the instant ones --knorr is gud too or cup a soup or noodlesWww@Answer-Health@Com

congratulations!.
i've had my period for about 6 years so i am giving you advice from personal experience!. everything you've described is normal!.
eating really doesn't affect your period or pains that come along with your period so don't hesitate to eat, the stomach pains you are feeling are merely just cramps!. if you have some sort of pain reliever like tylenol, midol, pamprin or advil that will help!.
if you have a heating pad or a hot towel you could put on your stomach that will also help the cramps!.
everything you mentioned about the blood is normal, don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
