Question: What is wrong with my breast!? Help!!?
I am 14 years old!. About a month ago I noticed breast pain, thinking it was a PMS symptom!. It never went away, and the other day I hit my breast and felt some serious pain!. I went to feel it, and there is a rather wide lump in the outer right portion of my breast!. It feels as if it has small little bumps on it, and it is painful to the touch!. I am very scared! I am going to see a doctor after the new year, but do you have any idea what this might be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a really similar problem at about your age and totally freaked out that I had breast cancer!.
When I went to the doctor they told me it was just breast tissue, nothing to be concerned of and totally normal, I've had kind of bumpy breast ever since (well until I had implants) nothing you could ever see but only feel!. I feel like I remember them telling me that if it had been breast cancer it wouldn't have hurt!. I can't remember so definately don't quote me on that!.
I think just for your own sanity if you are any kind of worrier, you should see a doctor, but more likely than not you are totally fine and have nothing to worry about!.
I am putting a website in the sources section that provides some information on teen breast lumps, good luck, don't panic, you will get this resolved!.

Ok, first things first, try not to worry!. There are many things it could be that are completely harmless!. It could just be the natural development of your breasts, at 14 your are still growing and women's bodies do crazy things at the best of times, let alone during puberty!
It could be a cyst which can be easily dealt with, or it could be something more serious, but it's very unlikely to be anything like cancer!. You're in the lowest risk category for breast cancer!.
If you're going to the doctors anyway you just need to tell them exactly what the problem is and when it first started and they will suggest what it may be!.
In the mean time, I know it sounds silly, but eat right and drink lots of water, if it is PMS related it will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my mom had somethin like that!. She went to see a doctor about it to!. I think they told her to put something on it or not mess with it or take a medication or something!. It really bothered her!. Just don't mess with it!. She had to wait a couple weeks till she could see a doctor!. She got used to the pain!. You will have to deal until 2009!. Before then, take some ibu's!. That is what she did until she went to the doctor!. I couldn't tell you ALL the details cuz it didn't happen to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could just have a benign mass!.
If it is cancer you should go to the doc NOW! Not wait three weeks!.
THAT CAN BE THE DIFFERENCE between having to take off a breast or just taking out the lump!.
You need to go to a doctor!.!.!. sooner than three weeks away!.
