Um!.!. I think pads are better!. Personally i like Kotex!. If I were to use tampons, i would go with Tampax Pearl!. I used those once for swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For tampons I'm not picky!. I prefer a plastic applicator and that's about it!. But, for pads, I only use Always thin maxi with wings!. I find those the most comfortable and it draws the moisture away the best!. I cannot stand to feel that wetness!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I like tampax pearl for tampons and for pads I like Always mini pads w/ wings!.!.!.if you wear thongs and use tampons I prefer to use playtex thong liners w/ wings w/ the tampons!.!.!.just don't use anything scented they can cause infections & plastic applicators are the most comfortableWww@Answer-Health@Com

if u JUST got ur period use pads and then eventually start using tampons!.!.!.you dont use pantie liners unless ur wearing a tampon or if ur done ur period and just have some minor spottage!Www@Answer-Health@Com
