I have a party 2moro and i'm going in spandex pants!. ;]
I hate having to wear pads with pants like that so I'm thinking of trying tampons again!.
The first time I put one in it was frustrating and it just wouldnt go!.

Tampax pearl is definitely the best!. Or at least get one with a plastic applicator!. Use the smallest size at first, just to get used to it!.
I had a really really hard time starting tampons, but once I got one in, I couldnt believe how easy and awsome they are! you just need to relllaaaxxx as much as you can first, and be patient!. Dont give up right away! good luck hon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the tampon plus a panty liner, many hours before the party, making sure you're comfortable with them, before trying to go in spandex pants!. If it's not comfortable for you!.!.!.or you're flowing too heavy and might have a disaster!.!.!.simply switch your wardrobe idea, and wear a skirt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
playtex sport is really good!. pick something with a plastic applicator with a rounded tip!.
remember you need to aim for your rectum!. the vagina doesn't just go straight up!. also, if your hymen hasn't broken yet, you may not be able to use tampons yet!.

personally, i think the playtex sport are most comfortable!. i've never had a leek with them, and there easy to slip in!. i remember my first time trying to use one, but since i'm very athletic, i kinda had to learn!. all you really need to do, is relax!. the more tense you are, the harder it is to go in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try tampax pearl or something that doesn't have a cardboard applicator!.
When you insert the tampon, stand up with on leg on the toilet so you can kind of spread out I suppose!.

Playtex gentle glide are the best!.I think Tampax are uncomfortable!.Relax and use a mirror to make sure you're putting it in right!.Don't push the end of the applicator until the top part is all the way in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If I were you, I wouldn't use a tampon but rather just wear a long shirt so my pad wouldn't be showing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
