Random Crying Spells?!


Question: Random Crying Spells!?
Lately I've just been really moody for the past three weeks (although PMSing sounds like a likely candidate, I don't think it lasts for more than a week and a half)!.

When I'm alone, (reading books, listening to music!.!.!. ect) I sometimes start crying!. Although the crying subsides in a few minutes, I do not know what originally caused my sudden outburst!.

I also am on the verge of crying, around my friends/family members also!. Whenever I'm w/ them, I feel as though I'm being attack/bullied/manipulated by them!. I get angered easily, and at the same time, during my anger, I feel as though I am struggling to keep the tears in!.

Please help!?

It sounds like you are a little depressed which is not uncommon around this time of year!. Many people start to feel this way when we turn the clocks back and there is darkness earlier in the day!. Also, the holidays can sometimes be overwhelming!. You might want to talk to your doctor about putting you on an antidepressant just until the spring!. My doctor says he does this for some of his patients and they respond well to the medication!. When I had my hysterectomy, I went through the same thing!. I would just start crying for no reason!. I was told it was the hormones and my doctor put me on Efffexor for 6 months!. It worked and after 6 months my body was back to normal and I came off the drug!. Do things to get your seratonin levels up!. Exercise in the morning (and eat protein)!. Don't do drugs!. Eat well and build your self esteem by doing things that make you feel creative!. If others are bullying you, be patient with them!. Laugh at them when you feel like stiffling the tears!. You need RELEASE!. Move your body AND breathe!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm exactly the same way!. The other day at school I was with my friends joking around, and I just burst into tears and I didn't know why at first!. Then I realized it was probably because I was failing math (which ISN'T normal for me) and having to get ready for finals, and had to make up a physics test blah blah blah!.!.!.!.
What I'm saying is maybe you have a lot of pressure in your life that maybe you don't even know about!. Your family most like isn't trying to make you feel bad!. For me, if I just spend a little time away from them, I can usually go back, and they just understand that I needed a little time alone!.
If none of that helps, you might want to go to a psychiatrist or a therapist!. You shouldn't have to feel bad all the time for no reason, it might be a chemical imbalance or something!.

Anyways, those are things that help me, just remember that people aren't supposed to be happy ALL the time!. So don't feel bad about being a little depressed!. But if it's a BIG problem, then find help from family friends, or even a school counselor!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
