Help please :) ?!

Question: Help please :) !?
OK, please bear with me as I do not know the best way to explain my problem!.

Near xmas time, I bled for 13 days (this was my first period), I think!. It was brown all the way through!.!.

So, now, 4 weeks later I get this watery discharge!. Like uncontrollable bladder issues or something!. It's enough to seep through my pants, but not enough to stain my trousers!. I was rather embaressed by this!. I touched it, and it did feel like water!. When it dried, it left a white mark on my underwear!.

This is the part where I decide to be a detective!. I was showering and out of curiousity I wanted to check out my lower region!. I realised that !.!.!.
1) Nothing was in the right place! I was distraught "where was that lump, where is this lump!?"
2) There were no lumps - cause for confusion, much!?
3) Right at the back, approximately 1 cm in front of the anus, there is this fleshy stuff!. I'm too much of a scaredy cat to check out the colour of it!. All I know is it feels strange!. It has this whitish discharge!.

I'm scared!. If there was a problem, I don't know who to turn to!. I can't see the doctor or tell anyone, its too embaressing!.

Oh, and I also suspect that the position of my anus hole has moved somehow!. That also feels unfamiliar!. I don't know whats wrong!. I'm scared its irreversible!.

Oooh, if it helps im 16 years old, 6 stones, going through a lot of exam/coursework stress at the moment and a virgin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would like to begin by saying that it is absolutely normal to have these questions!. A person undergo incredible changes at your age, and you are the best person to notice anything different!. In fact, I commend you for being a vigilant caretaker of yourself!.

That being said, I would also like to assure you that most likely everything you're experiencing is normal or at least benign and easily taken care of!.

I will answer your questions in the order that you asked them!.

Watery discharge without odor and color is most likely normal!. The female genital tract is lined by many glands that secrete liquids to help clean and lubricate the area!. Sometimes, especially during puberty there can be significant watery discharge in some individuals!. Situations that increase the amount of discharge include sexual arousal, masturbation, and sleep!. Yes some people experience increased secretions while sleeping! However, there are some important things to rule out!. If the discharge smells or looks like urine or stool, you need to go to an OB/GYN doctor to have a pelvic exam!. It would be really unusual, but you may have a connection between your urinary tract or colon into your vagina!. Again this would be extremely uncommon with you because you've never were pregnant or had sexual intercourse!.

The lump that you're referring to I'm assuming is the clitoris!. It is a very important body part according to quite a few people! :) So I understand your anxiety for not finding it!. The clitoris normally sits retracted in a fold of skin!. It can be hidden pretty well!. It normally makes it's appearance when sexually aroused!. Some people's clitoris is larger than others and are easily found!. Some not so easy!. Please rest assure that you're built correctly and everything will make its appearance at the right time!.

The fleshy mass with whitish discharge can be several things!. The most common thing it can be is Bartholin's gland cyst!. A Bartholin's cyst normally does not cause pain!. It would grow slowly, and may go away without treatment!. It usually ranges in size from 1-4 cm, although some may grow much larger!. If infected, a Bartholin's gland cyst can form an abscess that will increase in size over several days and is very painful!. In order to heal, an infected Bartholin's gland cyst usually must be drained!. However, to be completely sure, you need to have an OB/GYN doctor examine you!. So if it doesn't go away over the next couple of months, go see a doctor about it!.

Next, it may be in fact that your anus has moved! As you grow into a woman, your hip will fill out to prepare for future pregnancies!. The angle of your hip will change and lengthen and will give you the impression that your anus has moved further away or tilted towards the back!. It is absolutely normal!.

One thing that you've mentioned that concerns me is the 6 stones!. Are those urinary or kidney stones!? Are you seeing a doctor about why you're having so many stones!?

Lastly, it may feel embarrassing to undergo all these changes, but I would like to assure you, everyone has gone through changes like these!. It sounds like it's a stressful time in your life, please don't allow these normal and very very common changes to be another stressor!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am no doctor and so will not offer a possible diagnosis, but if you go on the NHS direct website, you can try a self diagnosis there or sometimes you can email them and they can offer advise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress does terrible stuff to you!. But this is pretty normal for your first period!. I wouldnt think its a seriouse matter!.

I mean, when I was sixteen, I think a part of my hair started falling off and I had an embarrassing bald spot!. But thankfully, I had enough hair to cover it!. Those were bad days!.

So dont worry, People take stress different ways!. One such case, The guys pubic hair fell off, Which is off the point, but what the hell, I just went and shared it with the Y!A community :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't tell you about lumps or anything!. You should check with your doctor or get a mirror and see what's going on, and compare it to pictures of healthy women's anatomy!.

The discharge is most likely a "sort of" period!. You're off schedule, or maybe your body is not quite on schedule!. I have gotten heavy discharge for a few days to a week before a bleed!. Stress throws you off!. See what happens, and just wear pantiliners or light pads for a while!. In my experience, it's harmless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
