over night ones are thick enough to leave on for 8 hours, thinner ones four or five!. but you should really change your pad when ever it feels full and uncomfortable so you are clean and it doesnt leak!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If I were you I would just switch to tampons (Playtex gental glide)!. No embarrassing leakage, No uncomfortable feeling, and no anxiety about if someone can see your pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should change your pad every 6 hours depending on your flow for that day!. ON a heavy day you should use about 3 overnight pads!. On a light day maybe 2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
