Question: Urge to eat, and now bloated beyond beleif!?
i want to eat!. all the time!. i really want to gain weight!. i raided the cupboard earlier today and now i am extremely bloated!. i keep burping and farting!. i can barely move!. please, please help! what should i do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you're eating enough protein!. Eat yogurt, plain mixed nuts (if you can), and avocados!. The fats in these foods are good for you, and they'll keep you satisfied!.

Also, get in the habit of always reading the ingredients on packages, and try to avoid corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and anything you can't pronounce!. These are ingredients used by companies that love profit, who don't care about your health!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to gain weight the correct way, just increase your intake a little - maybe 5%!. Another chicken wing, a few more pieces of vegetable, a slightly thicker wedge of cake!.

If you suddenly increase your intake your metabolism will ramp up and you won't gain much, you'll just ruin your health!. (People trying to lose weight have exactly the opposite problem when they go on crash diets!.)

You have to understand how a machine works if you want to change how it works,m and the body is an incredibly adjustable machine!. A drop more food - on a regular basis - or a drop less exercise, will give you a little *healthy* weight increase!. Keep on doing it and you'll keep on gaining weight!.
