No!. Breasts are made mostly of fatty tissue!. They move and mold just like rolling over onto your other thigh, stomach, moving an arm under your pillow, etc!.

I have an E cup and mine dont bother me when I'm sleeping, the weight of them hurt my back some times if i have had a long day on my feet though!.

nope, don't really notice them!. They do get Tender and sore before get my period and through the duration of it!. other that it doesn't hurt while sleeping!. sometimes you adjust yourself to make is more comfortable!. but im so used to it i don't really pay attentionWww@Answer-Health@Com
