Is it normal for your breasts to be sore and to have at least one lump, before y!

Question: Is it normal for your breasts to be sore and to have at least one lump, before your period!?
Both are sore, but one is worse and feels like it has a big lump in it!. I don't usually get PMS or anything like this, so I'm worried!.

Has anyone else had this!?
Does anyone know!?

Yes!

Do your breasts usually get a little sore before your period!? I second MrsMike's suggestion in taking Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin E!.!.!. those are safe, OTC drugs that can help alleviate PMS symptoms, but you should definitely be in touch with your doctor!. I would ask about fibrocystic breast disease, a very common (affecting about half of all women) condition where your breasts tend to swell and feel lumpy around the time you menstrate!. There isn't anything you can do about it; typically, if your doctor feels there is more to be concerned about, they will do a breast tissue biopsy!. Relax!. Just continue to check your breasts before and after your periods and keep track of where you typically get sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal!.!.!.!.!.I would ask your doctor, but it is fairly normal to have sore breasts and cysts!. To help with that you can take Evening Primrose Oil (1300 mg a day) along with Vitamin E (400 IU per day) and it will help stop the lumps and ease the soreness!. It is to be taken every day, not just when you have PMS!.!.!.!.it also helps with PMS!. You can find these at any vitamin shop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure about the lump (maybe get that checked out if it doesn't go away once your period comes) but it is definitely normal to have sore breasts just before and even through the first couple days of your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not sure about the lump but my breasts get really sore before my period and a couple days after !. I take some aleve and that usually helps !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
