Question: How long can i wear my pad!? !?
ok well i go to school tomorrow and my sister has always told me You should only wear your pad for 2 hours then put on another one
but that might inter fear with my school work and school is 7hrs! i'll have to ask to go to the bathroom 3 times just to change! also i don't think my school has one of those things where you put pads or tampons in and you have to throw it away in front of every other girl what can i do!? and how long can i wear it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how heavy your flow is!. Change as needed!. However, even if you haven't "used it up" so to speak, you probably need to change once every 6 hours to manage any odour!. If you use reusable products, you don't need to change at all (as they don't start to smell)!. you don't have to change it until it fills up!. maybe you should check on it every few hours to make sure you aren't about to leak, but no need to change it that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually change it every 2-4 hours, but usually thats just on the blood flow!. If its really heavy, I'll change it a lot, but if its light or normal, i don't change it as much!. I hope this helps :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on how heavy the flow is, but you will probably not be able to wear one pad for over 7 hours without leaking!. Maybe you can change during your lunch time if you can't make it to the bathroom between classes!. Don't worry about throwing away your pad, probably about 20% of the girls in your school are on periods at any one time!. Everybody has the same problem to deal with!.

What works pretty well change right before you leave for school, or at school before the bell rings!. Then again at p!.e!. when you change!. Then again at lunch!. If there is too much space between any of these classes, choose a class in which your teacher won't care if you go, and go during that class!. If you feel comfortable, you can wear it longer than 2 hours, sometimes even up to four or five!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
