Help with symptoms i dont know what this is?!

For the last 4-5 days i have been feeling nauseous!. I haven`t been throwing up but felt like i was going to a few times!. I have been having pains in my stomach and lower abdomen!. I`ve been having headaches!. I started my period 3-4 days ago it started for one day stopped the next day and then started up again for a few days it was light and mostly a brownish color!. i have looked on the internet for the answer and found nothing!. I thought that i could be pregnant but highly doubt it!. Im married and have sex but i have polycystic ovary syndrome and hypothyroidism and was told that getting pregnant was highly unlikely!. my periods have always been messed up!. i went 4 years without having a period, then was put on birthcontrol and it made them regular for a while after stopped using birthcontrol!. then i went a year without a period and started up again on their own!. I had a regular period last month, but this month was weird!. I stopped my period today, but im having sharp pains in my lower abdomen and still feeling nauseous!. I just dont know what this could be!. any answers would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
