Odor when on periods?!
Question: Odor when on periods!?
is there a way that you can stop from smelling on your period!?!?!? i know usually it only you that can smell it but i am so self concious!.
i shower daily and use an antiperspirant deodorant and perfume!. i change my tampon every 6 hours when i is usually full, and change my undies when i go to bed and when i wake up!. when i shower i always wash up there but i just cant stop the smell!!

Ok first of, You are probably the only one who can smell it as you said but if you want to feel more comfortable and know that nobody else can for sure, I would recommend Femfresh deodorant spray as using a normal perfume or deodorant will cause you irritation and you certainly dont want to be dealing with that !. I also would change a tampon a bit more regular as 6 hours does seem a long time, if you are taking that long to fill a tampon then maybe you need to think about using a smaller size, say regular instead of Heavy flow types, just a thought on that one!.

Be careful washing too much as you could be washing away the good bacteria then you may smell even more as your body over compensates! You've already said that it's usually only you that is able to smell anything so I'd relax a little and if you have to use something then try mild baby wipes!.
There are a huge range of feminine washes and wipes too so at least if you use them they will be ok with your own body's ph and not make the situation worse!.

Unfortunately, there's no way to stop it!. But you can help by getting some cheap disposable wipes from target or the drug store (they make them for this purpose)!. Usually it works for several hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should never use any cleaning products!. those are really bad for you!. they can give you infexctions and even more dirty jerms you dont even know you got!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
