What would be a good workout or exercise class to get me in shape?!


Question: What would be a good workout or exercise class to get me in shape!?
I'm thirteen and I live in east Tennessee!.

I really want to start getting active but I have nothing in my area!. I'm going to start "race for the cure!." But I have no clue when the races are and where, so what website would those be on!? (exact link)
I'm going to start bicycling and tennis!. I run track and cross country for my school!. What else could I do!? Please don't tell me that my schedule is over booked or I need to concentrate on my school work!.

*I want a flat stomach with a hint of abs
*Muscles too!.

You run cross country, you ride!.!.!. Try triathlons!. The mixture of swimming and cycling builds muscle in both upper and lower body, while the demand of running does not allow the body to grow excessive!. You will end up lean or ripped (defined) rather then bulky!.

Its completely up to you what ever you like doing to be active!. I like spinning classes and tae bo!. If your looking for exercise routines try reading a health magazine for women, my suggestion is Oxygen, its better than some of the other magazines for women like Shape and Fitness, you'll definitely get some great ideas from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try getting a trainer at you local gym!.
i'm sure they will have a ton of classes that you could sign up for!.
you could always just lift weights on your own and do a lot of ab workouts such as:
cruches, bicycles, verpes (im sorry if you dont know any of these, i cant really explain them either sorry)

and you can try pilates too!.
