Question: How often should you exercise a week and for how long!?

you just need to exercise 30 min for 5 days a week !. just go and have a walk and you will feel so much better for it just started walking myself and i feel great !. the weigh is falling off and my mental health feels so much better as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should exercise 3 times a week, for about 30 mins!.
Any more exercise than that will be beneficial but 3 days is a healthy amount to do and also you are able to recover inbetween and fit it easier around your schedule :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think averagely 3 per week , 1 hour per session, and make sure that you utilize that one hour well !.!.and i'm sure you'll earn yourself a fit and perfect bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

30 mins 5 days a week, 7 days really!.
If your trying to lose weight more like 45-60 mins 5 days a week!.

it depends!. iv never exercised and now im paying the the price!. iv just started to do some, i manage about 5 mins every morning but ill get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
