Sorry to have to ask, but, I'm starting to get quite frustrated/worried!. My nipples are really itchy and stinging, does anyone else have this sort of problem!? It is getting quite distracting and I just don't know what to do!.

Not to stress you out but do you think you could be pregnant!? I know my nipples itched me like crazy and boobs started to hurt then I found out I was pregnant!. Or could they be dry!? In the baby section of stores they have a lotion that is for your nipples for breastfeeding and works great if they are dry or peeling!. Sorry about your frustration!. If it's both nipples!. You may be having an allergic reaction!.
If you recently started using a new laundry detergent (or an "Improved" formula of your current one) that may be the culprit!. Also new soap, lotion, cream etc!. Pregnancy could be a cause as well!.
Also, if you recently started wearing a new bra, it may be the bra itself!. Recently it was discovered that a lot of women have been having allergic reactions to the Formaldehyde Resin impregnated fabric that Victoria's Secret uses to manufacture some of their most popular bras!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm male, so I don't know anything about womens' breast issues, but are you a runner by chance!? If so, is your shirt/bra moving separately from your body while you run, causing friction!? If it's something like that, you may go with a more secure sports bra, or even something like moleskin on the inside of a bra to allow you some relief!.

I have this problem in the winter because I have very dry skin!. And if I start itching, it becomes worse and worse!. I usually put some lotion all over them and this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
