Question: Is it safe to cut or crush vitamin pills!?
I have a multi vitamin for Woman from Target and it is huge!. I have a really hard time swallowing large pills!. Can I crush it!? Are there any kinds of pills or vitamins that are not safe when crushed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you can find a powder vitamin mix, where you mix it with water instead of taking a huge pill!. But I think if you cut your pill in half it is still fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
