When i wipe...??????!

Question: When i wipe!.!.!.!?!?!?!?!?!?
k so i have had my period twice now, and i am supposed to be getting my next one in exactly one week!. my first two periods were both very siminlar, 28 days apart, i bled constantly and they both lasted 5 days!. when i wipe, the toilet paper has a slight tinge of pink!.!.!. im guessing this is the start of my next one!?!?!? also, if it is, its 10:00 at night here, and for both of my previous periods, i have only used tampons, and i have no pads in the house, apart from the little pantyliners we have n case my lil sis gets her perod!. one of these would not keep me protected for the night!! i wake up at 8:00 for my job tomorrow morning, and so what should i do before i put a tampon in to sleep!?!? wear one of the pantyliners that is for my sis!?!? or toilet paper/!? of should i just put one in and wake up in the middle of the night to change it!?!? ahh im confused!

thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
i know its tempting to just use a tampon and leave it in all night, but you risk getting TSS (toxic shock syndrome) so this is not a good idea!. Tampons should be changed every 3-4 hours, but i can usually get away with up to 6 hours, and ive been told by my doc that this is ok!. but this wont help you!. if you use toilet paper, it'll leak onto your undies!. i would say do what i do, which is to just use a tampon, then set my alarm for 6 hours after i go to bed, then when the alarm goes off get up and change the tampon!. Its a hassle having to get up but at least you wont have any messes to clean up in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put in a tampon, and use a panty liner at the same time!. This is what I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
