I use SMARTCLEANSE!. Its all natural ingredients you take one tablet in the morning and one at night!. Its gentle so you arent running to the bathroom and stuck on the toilet forever!. Its a month long program, they have a 2 week beginners Cleanse and then they have the normal one!. Almost all health food places have it and you can ask the counter for the DVD that comes with it!.
