YES!. you can be pregnant and still have your period!.
I was pregnant and didn't know it because I still got my period but only for 1 day!. I found it strange but once the morning sickness kicked in, I knew something was up!.
My girlfriend also had her period a few times while pregnant!.
It's not like a full normal period though!. It lasts 1-2 days and it's not a heavy flow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is possible, and I know it first hand !. Mine was not just spotting, it was full blown!. I found out that I had dilated to 4 when I was only 3 months pregnant!. I had to be put at bed rest!. I would check it out if yo have that problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is possible, in early stages of pregnancy to bleed like a normal period, but its not, And wont last long!. If you think you are bleeding to much, call your doctor right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
