What can cause bright orange poop?!
Question: What can cause bright orange poop!?
I know this is sick, but it's freaking me out!. I don't know if any of this helps, but I have been under a great deal of stress lately!. As of a couple of days ago, I have had a small pain (feels like an air pocket!?) to the left side under my stomach!. I am 2 weeks late on my period (taken a test, and not pregnant!.!.!.also I have irregular periods!.!.!.:-S) and I've gained about 10 lbs in the past 2 months!. I've been constipated for the past two days, up to today when my diarrhea was bright orange! I have never seen this before, and most of my researching suggests orange colored foods!.!.!.(the only orange food I've had were 4 pumpkin cookies!.!.!.which i've had before and never had this problem)!.
I know it's a lot to look into, but i can't afford to go to the doctor right now, and it doesn't help that i'm a hypochondriac!! Any suggestions on what this might be or what else can cause orange poo!? Thanks

The constipation could cause the pain you are having AND the diarrhea, it is possible that the cookies caused the funny colored poop if it continues, you might need to see an gastroenterologist, in other words if it were the cookies it shouldn't happen more than 1 more time if that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It most likely was the food you have consumed!. Certain vitamins and minerals can cause discoloration to urine and fecal matter!. Also If you have not defecated in 2 days that is bad in itself!. Make sure you consume enough fiber and drink plenty of water!. A healthy person should defecate atleast once a day!.
