okay been here!. kinda still am!.

i am only 14 and when i had my taks test i passed out while getting ready for skool!.

when you hear first of your test, essay, exam ect!.!. try breaking it down!.

plan out how you are going to study or write the paper and take DEEP breaths if you begin to feel overwhelmed!.

if it gets really hard lay flat on your back take six deep breaths and think of something happy, if you have a boyfriend think of how happy you are when you see him and try to concentrate on that!.

for me it works best thinking of my boyfriend and listening to music while i work so in a way im not thinking about work as much as i usually do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

HELLO! SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOU SUFFER THAT SORT OF THING, PERHAPS I CAN HELP A BIT!. YOU KNOW, I WAS IN COLLEGE ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO AND TO BE HONEST I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER A SINGLE ONE OF MY TESTS THAT I WAS PROBABLY SO WORRIED ABOUT AT THE TIME!. IN OTHER WORDS, KEEP IN PERSPECTIVE AND DON'T MAKE THINGS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEY ARE!. A VERSE FROM THE BIBLE REALLY HELPS ME KEEP THINGS IN ORDER!.!.!. IN THE BOOK OF ECCLESIASTES KING SOLOMON NOTED THAT FOR EVERY IMAGINABLE ACTIVITY UNDER HEAVEN THERE IS A TIME AND A SEASON!. WHERE WE GET MESSED UP IS WHEN WE TRY TO DEAL WITH ONE THING IN ANOTHER THING'S TIME AND SEASON! THERE IS A RIGHT TIME FOR YOU TO STUDY AND PREPARE FOR THAT TEST, FOR EXAMPLE, DURING THE PREVIOUS WEEK WHEN YOU ARE AT THE LIBRARY STUDYING!. THAT IS IT IT'S TIME AND SEASON, OR PLACE!. ANXIETY COMES WHEN, FOR EXAMPLE, YOU ARE OUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND THERE YOU SIT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR TEST! THAT MEANS THAT DURING THE TIME FOR YOUR FRIENDS YOU ARE TRYING TO DEAL WITH YOUR TEST!. THIS OBVIOUSLY IS A SET UP FOR ANXIETY BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY YOU AREN'T HELPING THE TEST SITUATION ANY, AND YOU ARE MISSING A GOOD TIME WITH YOUR FRIENDS BY BEING WORRIED!. WORRY IS NEVER GOOD!.
I GUESS TO BE BRIEF, DO EVERYTHING IN ITS RIGHT TIME!.
AND ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING IS TO KEEP THINGS IN PERSPECTIVE, LIKE I SAID AT THE BEGINNING ABOUT MY OWN COLLEGE EXPERIENCE!. WE OFTEN MAKE MOUNTAINS OUT OF MOLEHILLS, TO QUOTE AN OLD SAYING!. IF YOU'RE HEALTHY, LOVED, WARM AND FULL, CONSIDER YOURSELF VERY BLESSED AND ANYTHING ELSE IS PURE GRAVY!
MY WIFE SOME YEARS AGO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH GRAVES DISEASE, WHICH IS A THYROID DISORDER, AND CONNECTED TO IT ARE MANY ISSUES DEALING WITH STRESS, DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY, AND SHE HAS LEARNED TO TRUST IN GOD AND KEEP THINGS IN ORDER LIKE I TRIED TO DESCRIBE!. SINCE THEN SHE HAS BEEN MUCH BETTER, BUT BOTH OF US CONTINUALLY PRAY AND GIVE THANKS FOR EACH DAY, AND MENTALLY DICIPLINE OURSELVES IN THE THINGS I AM SAYING TO YOU!. I WISH YOU THE BEST IN DEALING WITH YOUR STRUGGLE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to overcome insecurity is to study, know the material being learned and have the knowledge needed to complete the essay or test without fear of failing!. In other words, study harder so that you will not get so anxious and no matter what they throw at you, you will be able to accomplish success!.

best wishes!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to struggle with panic attacks all the time, and about the dumbest things! I went to a Psychologist on a weekly basis, and this is what he told me:
Basically, when you're having a panic attack, your body is going into "defense mode"!. It knows something's going on with your body, and it's not normal!. All of your blood is rushing to the center of your chest!. (That's why sometimes your hands or most of your body gets cold!) And since it's rushing soooo fast to the center of your chest, it's taking away some of the oxygen that's keeping your brain in line!.
Try this trick to see if it helps!. You have to give it more than one try, but it honestly helped me soooooo much!
When you see the beginning signs of your panic attacks, take a really, really deep breath!. Then, rest for a second!. If you haven't calmed down yet, breath in deeply again, but this time, breath in as you count to three!. Then hold it in deep as you count to three again!. As you're letting the breath out, count to six!. Remember to count slowly all three times!.
I hope I helped, sweetie! :) :) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a student this is especially hard, I get them a lot at work, as well as when my course load gets a little overwhelming!. Personally I don't find medications work for me because a lot of them will make you tired (the main reason I get so stressed is because i get tired and never have the motivation to finish everything!.!.!.its kind of a whirl wind situation haha)!. You can try talking to your doctor though and maybe find something else that works for you!.
A few other things I do can be simply remembering where I am and that there are people around me (when your throat starts closing over), call someone to get your mind off things then you can get a fresh start, or listen to music or watch tv!.!.!.any form of distraction usually helps!. Hopes this helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh hun sorry about that

I'm in the same boat, I get them bad!.

That used to happen to me, so i went to see a psychiatrist!. When you feel one coming on, lay down flat on the floor with your knees bent!. Then breath in and out slowly, putting as much air in your lungs as possible at a time!.

If all else fails, take two TUMS every morning!.

That works for me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a vitamin b complex daily!. it helps a lot!. dont buy the cheap or discounted ones!. when one comes on basically focus on a in animate object!. one thats not moving!. if you are in a car just look far ahead at a object!. these to things help a great dealWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is drink something hot (cocoa, tea, coffee, cider, etc!.) and take a long nap!. This always helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
