yes if you combine that with careful calorie intake!. 3500 calories=a pound so for every 3500 calories you burn you will lose a pound!. This includes your BMR (which you can google to find out who to calculate it as it is different for everyone)!. It is probably around 1200 to 1400!. This means you need to burn an extra 2100 calories a week to burn 1 pound each week!. The healthiest for your body is to lose between 1 and 2 pounds a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight has alot more to do with what you eat than how much you exercise!.

In 30 minutes of very intense exercise might burn a piece of cake or a chocolate bar!. 30 minutes of non-intense exercise will burn a piece of bread!.

Move! I don't like a gym either!. Take walks ~ make it fun by walking a pet or walking in the park w/ a friend!. Roller skate!. Play Dance Dance Revolution ~ lol, it works though & it's crazy fun!
Drink alot of water ~ makes you feel full & it's healthier than bloating soft drinks!. If you drink alot of soft drinks, just try to at least cut it down & add more water to your daily diet!.
Try to eat at least a little healthier, you don't necessarily have to diet unless your metabolism just won't agree w/ you!. You just need to be active!. But it's no secret lots of fruits & veggies are healthier even if you do use a non diet dressing!. Take stairs instead of an elevator!. You'd be surprised the more you move, the more slender you will be! Rake the yard!.!.!.daily!. Swim & bike ride!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out all fats, especially cheese and butter (or oil)!. And eat only lean meats and vegs, no breads and pastas!. IF you do that you can loose fast if you stick to it!. You can eat almost as much of those good things as you'd like also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about fasting!.!.!.I would do juice fasting it gives you energy just drinking fresh squeezed juice all day and you cant eat any solid foods it really gives you energy and makes you feel good so check out this website
