pads are safer but tampons allows you to live your life without the freakin period!. Pads totally suck and are gross!. Who wants to see all that every time they use the bathroom!? Tampons can leak, but it takes a little time to get to know your flow and leaks can become pretty much non-existent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

- Can leak
- Can casue damage if left in for over 8 hours
Pad - GOOD
- great to wear to bed without worrying
- great when light flow not enough for tampon
Pad - BAD
- Uncomfortable
- can see if wearing trousers
- can stick to your pubes
- Have oder
i use a mixture of both depending on flow

Tampons, almost all the time during menstruation!. It's good to take a break with pads, though when I'm at home!. Tampons are more discrete, they don't feel awkward to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pads! Its 500000000000 times better!. When used right!.And it doesnt smell!. I can usualy smell when some1 is on their period when they use pads!. It has a realy distinct smell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
