I use my finger and use OB tampons!.
They're smaller, and in my experience, less likely to leak (and I have heavy flow)!. They're also more environmentally friendly, and that's always a plus!.
I always had a problem with tampons w/ applicators not fitting well inside me!. I could always feel them there, and they seemed too long!. OB tampons worked like a charm though, but they do take some getting used to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use an applicator
its a lot smoother going in and you dont accidently scratch your insides (ew)
