you open the package
you hold the tampon
you push the first part of the tampon up your vagina
push up the first tube until your fingers are touching your skin
then push the second tube into the first tube
then pull out both tubes
keep the tampon in for 4-6 hours
if you feel any discomfort remove it and try again
to remove relax your muscles as much as possible then slowly and gently pull the string out

Sit on the toilet, use a mirror if necessary!.
Just hold the applicator by the grip and push it into the hole where blood is coming out until you touch your skin, then push the skinnier tube through the bigger tube and pull them both out and away from your body at the same time!. Voila! The string should be very slightly inside your vagina but the rest of it should be hanging out!. Change it every few hours, throw away the applicator and the wrapper in a discreet manner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
