I suffered from bulimia last year, i totally understand what you mean, everytime i ate my mind just thought about the next time i would go to the bathroom!. I ate in bulk then threw it back up and it really took over my life!. Your really brave because when i was bulimic i would've never been able to ask something like this i became really withdrawn from life, I know how hard it is!.!. when i was at my thinnest i couldn't get out of bed i knew i had to change , i confessed to my dad and i tried really hard to change i always had urges to use laxatives and throw up but i just thought of how good my life would be if i was a normal weight and healthy again it was my motovation!.!. Hope you recover soon xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all therapy doesn't help everyone, but perhaps the reason it frightened you was because you were not ready to face up to it yet!?

You do know you still have to eat don;t you!?there is no harm whatsoever in eating french toast!. it is not that bad for you in fact, especially if your dad used sunflower oil or olive oil!.

I know this is harsh but trust me being harsh is the only way to get through to someone with bulimia!. All people suffereing with bulimia re stubborn, you are telling yourself that you are going to purge that is the only problem right now!. Eat the toast, you HAVE to eat do you might as well and just say no i'm not going to binge and i am not going to get sick!. You are letting the disorder control your life and that is what you need to get over!. this is really big for I understand!. you are terrified i know!. but you are bigger and stronger than your eating disorder so just eat the taost have some tea or somthing with it, and don't eat until your next meal time!. really when you say it doesn;t sound so hard!. Everything is as easy as it sounds honey!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow!. I am sorry to hear what you are going through!. It sounds like you should seek professional help with this problem!. You need to learn to eat small portions of nutritious foods, without purging!. French toast is fine, but eat french toast made with wheat bread, instead of white, and eat a small amount, so you won't feel the need to purge it!. I hope you seek the help you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just stop!. it must be hard but its a little disgusting!. go eat some food!. DONT EAT A LOT IN ONE DAY!. Just start by eating breakfast!. next day, breakfast and a snack!. next, breakfast, snack, lunch, and so on until you build your way up to dinner!. Drink lots of liquids and just!.!.!.don't do it! go with your parents and tell them whats happening!. they could get you mental help or someone to watch after you and encourage you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Open a window or a door and breathe fresh air!. If you actually are hungry and want a snack try something light like crackers and cheese!. Otherwise just find a way to pass the time, eg taking pictures, phoning someone to talk to, or reading a bookWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i would say maybe go outside or go for a walk and stay away from bathrooms so it wont give u a temptataion to binge!. also try to forget about it!. u should probably talk to ur parents about seeing a counselor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont want to sound mean but you need to get help from a doc or somethingand instead of stopping the binging, stop the pergingWww@Answer-Health@Com
